Guided proposal workflow
A clear four-stage journey moves users through opportunity details, campaign planning, budget options, and final review without losing context.
Media Proposal & Planning Platform
A secure proposal workspace that brings advertiser research, audience planning, media selection, pricing, and presentation generation into one guided workflow.

Impressorium helps advertising and media sales teams turn a client opportunity into a clear, evidence-backed campaign proposal. The platform replaces a patchwork of spreadsheets, research sites, mapping tools, and presentation files with one structured workspace.
We designed and developed a guided application that keeps strategy, targeting, pricing, and final documents connected to the same proposal record—giving teams more consistency without taking control away from the planner.
The challenge
Media teams had to move between client notes, demographic research, maps, rate sheets, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Every handoff introduced duplicate work and made it harder to keep campaign strategy and pricing aligned.
The product also needed to make complex audience and specialist-product requirements approachable, while protecting confidential client strategy and keeping optional AI recommendations grounded in valid catalogue and budget data.

The solution
We organised a dense planning process into focused stages, then connected each decision to a shared proposal record. Teams can work manually or use AI to accelerate the first draft, review every recommendation, and generate polished client files from the latest approved inputs.
A clear four-stage journey moves users through opportunity details, campaign planning, budget options, and final review without losing context.
Optional research and recommendations provide an editable starting point, while validation keeps unknown products and incomplete values out of trusted proposal data.
Region and ZIP search, U.S. Census ACS demographics, interest filters, and live reach indicators make targeting easier to understand and explain.
Product-specific requirements reveal only when needed, including geofence drawing, conversion windows, compliance confirmation, and keyword strategy.
Teams can price products, setup costs, campaign terms, and unit models across multiple options before marking a recommended investment.
The latest proposal can be rendered as a branded PDF or native PowerPoint and served only after proposal ownership is verified.
Our approach
We connected the people, decisions, data, and deliverables involved from the first advertiser brief to the client presentation.
Large forms were divided into focused stages and contextual panels so users see the right level of detail at the right moment.
Structured proposal records, relational budget data, catalogue rules, and careful normalization keep every screen and output aligned.
Business search, Census demographics, geocoding, mapping, and AI services were wrapped with validation, caching, limits, and safe fallbacks.
We validated permissions, multi-step updates, pricing calculations, map workflows, and repeatable PDF and PowerPoint generation around real proposal scenarios.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about the platform, its hospital workflows, technology, offline capabilities, and data protection.
Impressorium is a secure web application for advertising and media sales teams. It connects advertiser details, campaign strategy, audience research, product selection, pricing, review, and presentation generation around one proposal record.
AI assistance is optional. It can research the advertiser and prepare an editable recommendation for products, targeting, objectives, keywords, and budget allocation. Catalogue rules and server-side validation normalize the response before it becomes trusted proposal data.
Users can search U.S. regions or exact ZIP codes, review U.S. Census ACS demographic indicators, select demographic and interest filters, preview estimated audience coverage, and configure specialist targeting such as geofences.
The application can generate a branded PDF for browser preview or download and a native PowerPoint presentation for download and further editing or presentation use.
Authenticated proposal routes enforce ownership, verified access is required where appropriate, generated files are delivered through authorized endpoints, and sensitive provider configuration is kept out of client errors and application logs.
The platform uses Laravel and PHP for its application and business logic, MySQL for proposal data, Blade and Tailwind CSS for the interface, JavaScript and Alpine.js for browser interactions, and Vite for the asset pipeline. It also integrates OpenRouter, U.S. Census, business-data, geocoding, and Mapbox services.
