1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, project type, budget range, message, and later business communications. We may also collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, timestamps, and security events.

When Integr8e provides services to a client, the applicable services agreement and data-processing terms govern information processed on that client's behalf.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries, assess project fit, and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver requested services and manage client relationships.
  • Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve our website and contact workflow.
  • Maintain business records, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
  • Send relevant business communications where permitted by law.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, and consent where required.

3. Contact form and anti-spam processing

Contact submissions first pass through an Integr8e server endpoint. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. We also use a hidden anti-spam field and limited, hashed IP-based request records for rate limiting. Approved submissions may be routed through our private n8n workflow to internal communications or customer-management tools. The private workflow address is not exposed in your browser.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our core website does not require advertising cookies. Essential storage or cookies may be used for security, form protection, session continuity, or accessibility preferences. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will provide any notice and consent controls required by applicable law.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to providers that host, secure, automate, or support our business, including website hosting, Cloudflare, n8n infrastructure, email providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or transfer of the business. Integr8e does not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, Integr8e uses recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary security measures.

7. Data retention

Unsuccessful project enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is needed for legal claims. Client, transaction, tax, and contract records may be retained for the engagement and up to seven years afterward. Security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to identify abuse and protect the service.

8. How we protect information

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted transport, restricted access, secret management, input validation, anti-spam controls, dependency maintenance, and backups where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sharing; or appeal a denied request. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to hello@integr8e.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, our services, or our providers. The effective date identifies the latest version, and material changes will be highlighted where required.

Integr8e is the controller of personal information covered by this policy unless a contract identifies a different role. Questions can be sent to hello@integr8e.com.
